Woman-Owned Business: Monica Briess carries on the Briess family malting tradition as Chief Executive Officer of Briess Industries, Inc., qualifying Briess Industries, Inc. as a Woman-Owned business.
USDA Certified Organic: All Briess Industries manufacturing facilities have been certified to produce organic ingredients since 1990. Our organic certifying agency is Oregon Tilth. Briess organic ingredients are USDA Certified Organic, which means they meet all of the requirements set forth by the USDA National Organic Program. Briess is a member of the Organic Trade Association. We produce a standard line of certified organic malts and ingredients. In addition, any Briess malt or ingredient can be made as a certified organic depending upon availability of raw materials. Minimum order and lead time required for custom orders. Organic products are segregated from the conventional malts.

Kosher Certified: All ingredients products at Briess Industries, Inc. manufacturing plants and contracted plants are Kosher Certified. Certifying agency is United Mehadrin Kosher (UMK). The agency certifies that all Briess manufacturing plants are Kosher, and that Briess purchases only Kosher Certified raw materials. Kosher certificates are product-specific and available upon request from your Customer Service representative.
