- 1.4 oz Breakbright kettle coagulant (20 min boil)
- 2 lbs Saaz hops (3.1%) (10 min boil)
- 4 lbs Saaz hops (3.1%) (whirlpool)
- #2124 Wyeast Bohemian Lager Yeast

Specs |
- Mash at 150° F for 45 minutes
- Sparge at 170° F
- Knock out at 65° F and oxygenate highly
- Once fermentation begins, ferment at 52° F
- 12.0 Brix
- 40 IBU's
- 4.8% abv
- Color - 4.5 SRM
