Abbey On My Way Ale—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
Rich toffee, nut and raisin notes are contributed by the combination of the specialty malts.

Alpinator (Doppelbock)—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
A rich maltiness will dominate your palette when you taste this doppelbock.  The recipe is balanced by an unmistakable alcohol presence achieved with a Zurich Lager Yeast.

Alt of My Mind Ale—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
This classic style Altbier is cold conditioned to reduce overall fruity esters. Slightly sweet with warm, rich malt tones, it finishes crisp and dry.

Amaz(ake) me Japanese Pilsner—(5 U.S. Gallons) (All Grain)
Special mashing and wort collection procedures produce this exceptionally light colored, clean flavored and super dry lager.

American Dark Wheat—(5bbl)
The exceptionally smooth, subtle caramel notes of Caracrystal® Wheat malt really shine through in this lightly hopped American style wheat beer. Recipe developed by Kevin Eichelberger, Red Eye Brewing Co., Wausau, Wis.

American Pale Ale—(7bbl)
Medium bodied, golden amber color with a strong floral aroma, this is a big Pale Ale!

American Stout—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
Roasted Barley and American aroma hops and yeast make for the classic Stout from Sea to Shining Sea.

Belgian Ale LA—(5bbl)
The smooth flavor of the Caracrystal® Wheat Malt really comes through in this surprisingly low alcohol Belgian Ale.

Belgian Golden Strong Ale—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
Rich and flavorful with a wonderful marriage of fruity, spicy, alcohol and malty flavors, this Belgian Ale is the perfect accompaniment to a chaise lounge chair and sunset. Characterized by high alcohol content, it's surprisingly light on the palate, thanks to the rock candy.

Belgian Wit—(7bbl)
Unfiltered and traditionally hazy, this has the distinctive spicy and citrus aroma.

Biere de Garde—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
Malty and complex, the small amount of smoked malt adds another level of decadence.

Biere de Garde II—(5 U.S. Gallons)(Grain)
Extra Special Malt brings new meaning to the word "complex" in this rich, complex, malty adn moderately strong brew.

Black Lager (Schwarbier)—(5 U.S. Gallons)(Grain)
Clear lager yeast character and subtle coffee flavor are the distinguishing characteristics of this dark, yet surprisingly light flavored beer. A refreshing alternative to stouts and porters on a blustery winter's day.

Bock Beer—(This will yield a 5bbl batch on a 7bbl system due to mash tun size restraint.)
Deep amber colored, rich and malty strong lager.

Brew-It-Again American Brown Ale—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
Delicious, easy to brew, and made with a top-cropping yeast suited for harvesting (and re-use) you can brew it again with the same yeast.

Carabrown® Beer—(7.5bbl)(Grain)
This light brown ale has the amber/orange hues of an Octoberfest.  Malty and lightly hopped, it’s a well balanced session beer with toasty/bread-like notes.

Chocolate Porter—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
You’ll want to savor every sip of this rich, chocolately porter. Its deep, intense flavor is achieved by the extreme combination of specialty malts, steeped for a longer period of time, plus unsweetened cocoa. We recommend using the highest quality cocoa you can get your hands on!

Coffee Stout—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
Black Barley provides the color and roasted/astringent notes without overpowering the coffee.

Dark Chocolate Porter—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
This Porter uses Dark Chocolate Malt in place of Black Malt to achieve triple chocolate delight!

Darker Weiss—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
Modeled after one of the best selling and most award winning Weiss beers in the world, the Black Malt in this recipe balances and rounds out the normal Weiss beer charter.

Double Marzen—(5 U.S. Gallons) (All Grain)
Small amounts of sugar help to lighten the body and balance the incredible amounts of malt character in this rich lager.

Dunkle Weizen—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
Phenolic esters, sweet malted wheat notes and background flavors of chocolate make this full flavored Weiss beer a great complement for your favorite German meal.  Ein Prosit!

Dusseldorf Alt—(5 U.S. Gallons)(Grain)
Fermenting at cool ale temperatures develops the clean and smooth, yet rich malty character of this German-style beer.

East Coast Cream—(5 U.S. Gallons) (All Grain)
Special mashing and wort collection procedures produce this exceptionally light colored, clean flavored and super dry lager.

Easy Please Me Summer Weiss—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
Delicious doesn't have to be difficult. This recipe is from a brewpub where it was the year 'round best seller.

Exported Scotch Ale—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
Malty and complex, the small amount of smoked malt adds another level of decadence.

Fall Ale—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Grain & Extract)
This amber/brown Belgian-inspired ale has a distinctly nutty, biscuity warmth perfect for cooler weather.

Final Course (Sweet Stout)—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
With dessert or as dessert, beside ice cream or on ice cream. This sweet stout is a delicious end to any dinning  experience.

Flanders Brown—(5 U.S. Gallons) (All Grain)
This traditional sour beer of Flanders has a unique tangy flavor, fruity aroma, warm  ruby color, and refreshing yet earthy flavor.

Forever Red Ale—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
Sweet and malty, Forever Red is clean and crisp. Easy to drink, it pairs well with a lingering red sunset at the end of a hot summer's day.

German Style Pilsner—( 7bbl)
Deep amber colored, rich and malty strong lager.

Good Humans—(28bbl) (Grain)
Used at 11%, Carabrown® Malt adds an additional layer of flavor to this complex double brown ale.

Goofy Juice Belgian Ale—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
This light colored, fruity ale is deceptively easy drinking. Its complex character ages very well up to eight months and pairs nicely with many foods.

Honey of a Gluten-Free Lager—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Syrup)
Medium to darker honeys blend with a sorghum flavor and combines well with the citrus, floral aroma hops.

Hop Bomb Imperial IPA—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract and Grain)
Quaffable after a big day of shooting the curl, this insanely hoppy, big beer is quite crisp and refreshing due to its higher attenuation and incredible floral character. 

Hoppy to be Gluten-Free Pale Ale—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Syrup)
The higher BU's and aroma hops blend well with the sorghum flavor to make a beer reminiscent of Pale Ales brewed in Northern California.

Kiss Me Anytime Pilsner—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
This smooth all malt European-style lager is good anytime of the year.  An easy drinking beer from a recipe made with the idea of “Keeping It Simple”.

Light in the Dark Lager—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract and Grain)
This smooth, dark colored lager can lead drinkers of light colored beers over to the dark side.  With your eyes closed this Schwartz beer is as smooth as a European pilsner.

Maltinator Dopplebock—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract and Grain)
This uber malty Dopplebock is based on the Oktoberfest beer style.  Rich, warm, malty and toasty.  Perfect for cool weather.  Enjoy some in the spring and again in Oktober!

March-In Marzen—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract and Grain)
This Marzen or Oktoberfest style beer has a malt character that will make you want to get up and march!  Traditionally brewed in March and served in late September, this beer will be ready to drink in a month and a half and good any time of the year.

Mildly English Ale—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract and Grain)
A classic English session beer brewed with the finest domestic ingredients.  Light in body, but with some malt character, the lower levels of esters produced by these yeast and higher hopping levels lead to a clean, dry finish.

Multi Grain Porter—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
Malted Wheat lends a richness and Malted Rye lends a dryness that complement the Chocolate Malt in this California-style brew.

Munich Madness Bock—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
Steeping caramel and chocolate malts adds just the right touch of deep flavor to this rich and malty traditional German lager.

Oktoberfestival Beer—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract)
This malty lager is worth celebrating year ‘round. Pair it with a platter of fresh, creamy cheese and enjoy!

Organic Dubble—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
This all natural, bottle conditioned Belgian Ale is equally delicious whether brewed with organic or conventional ingredients.

Pack Your Bags Porter—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
Don’t worry about carry-on allowances, airport security and fuel surcharges. One taste of this rich, robust English Porter will safely transport you across the pond to the comfort of an English Pub.  Rich, subtle chocolate and complex caramel type flavors are balanced by higher hopping rates and a dryer overall finish.

Peach of a Weiss Beer—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
The background esters and inherent sweetness of this weiss beer base work well with many types of fruit.

Red Wheat Lager—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
This amber wheat gains its rich reddish hue from the use of caramel wheat malt which adds additional body and a subtle complexity to this mellow lager.

Santa's Little Helper Winter Lager—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
Sure to fuel the late night gift wrapping session or ease the pain from the sledding accidents, this lightly spiced amber lager ages very well up to 6 months.

Smoked Porter—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
Rich, and complex with a subtle smoke character, this strong porter will age well for years.  A great pair for cheese, game and other rich foods.

Summer Saison—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
This fruity, complex ale is surprisingly light and dangerously easy drinking. Brewed in the summer, it will be good with changing complexity until well after Christmas.

Sunnydale Pale Ale—(5bbl)
Caracrystal® Wheat Malt adds a nice "softness" to the finish in this full flavored pale ale. Recipe developed by Doug Hindman, Elliott Bay Brewing Co., Burien, Wash., 2009.

The Grand Kalabasa—(5 U.S. Gallons) (All Grain)
Pumpkin! Pumpkin! Pumpkin! Oh yeah did we say Pumpkin.  Here’s an ale made with Pumpkin.

Three Wheat Wit—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
Spicy yeast notes blend with fruit and citrus characters to create a very flavorful and complex, yet surprisingly light beer.  Three wheats lend body and stable haze to this classic Belgian style ale.

Triple Caramel Dubble—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
This bottle conditioned Belgian ale achieves delicious toffee/raisin/prune notes by using the complete spectrum of high end caramel malts.  Malt characters are balanced by fruity esters and slightly acidic character of this limited edition yeast.

Two Belgians (Belgian Dubbel)—(5 U.S. Gallons) (All Grain)
Full-bodied complex, satisfying Trappist-style ale. Displays a wide range of malt flavors alongside wonderful ester and phenol flavors produced by a Belgian-style yeast blend.

White Cherry—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
The tartness of the cherries complements the malt sweetness and spiciness of the yeast in this ruddish hued, Belgian inspired summer fruit beer.

Winter's Night Dry Stout—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
The unique woody, dry character of the Extra Special Malt makes this Stout as dark, dry and crisp as a winter's night.

Wit or Witout—(5 U.S. Gallons) (All Grain)
Refreshing light, tangy… it’s summer … it’s WIT!  With it you are equipped to relax in the heat of summer, without it you may find yourself anticipating the cooler days of fall.
