Recipes - using Aromatic (Munich-Style) Malt

Aromatic Malt (DP 15, Color 20 Lovibond) is a darker 2-Row Munich-style malt that provides clean, intensely malty flavor to the finished beer.

Belgian Ale LA—(5bbl)
The smooth flavor of the Caracrystal^® Wheat Malt really comes through in this surprisingly low alcohol Belgian Ale.

Bock Beer—(This will yield a 5bbl batch on a 7bbl system due to mash tun size restraint.) Deep amber colored, rich and malty strong lager.

Double Marzen—(5 U.S. Gallons) (All Grain)
Small amounts of sugar help to lighten the body and balance the incredible amounts of malt character in this rich lager.

Two Belgians (Belgian Dubbel)—(5 U.S. Gallons) (All Grain)
Full-bodied complex, satisfying Trappist-style ale. Displays a wide range of malt flavors alongside wonderful ester and phenol flavors produced by a Belgian-style yeast blend.
