Recipes - using CBW® Sparkling Amber
CBW® Sparkling Amber is 100% pure malt extract made from Briess base malts, Caramel Malt 60L, and Munich Malt. Use alone for a great dark red beer, or with specialty malts for complex and more intense flavors. Or combine with CBW® Pilsen Light or CBW® Golden Light for lighter reds and ambers.
