Recipes - using Pale Ale Malt

(DP 85) This is a superior performing 2-Row diastatic malt well suited for beers when rich, malty flavor and additional color is desired. Use with 2-Row Base Malt for full-flavored ales.

American Pale Ale—(7bbl)
Medium bodied, golden amber color with a strong floral aroma, this is a big Pale Ale!

Carabrown® Beer—(7.5bbl)(Grain)
This light brown ale has the amber/orange hues of an Octoberfest.  Malty and lightly hopped, it’s a well balanced session beer with toasty/bread-like notes.

Good Humans—( 28bbl) (Grain)
Used at 11%, Carabrown® Malt adds an additional layer of flavor to this complex double brown ale.

The Grand Kalabasa—( 5 U.S. Gallons) (All Grain)
