Bock Beer—(This will yield a 5bbl batch on a 7bbl system due to mash tun size restraint.) Deep amber colored, rich and malty strong lager.

German Style Pilsner—( 7bbl) Deep amber colored, rich and malty strong lager.

Kiss Me Anytime Pilsner—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
