Stouts are distinguished by intense malty flavors and a roasted coffee-like flavor often achieved through the addition of Roasted Barley and other roasted malts. So we encourage you brew a batch—true to style or true to yourself! Because, with all that roasted malt flavor, these are some of our favorite beers!
American Stout—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
Roasted Barley and American aroma hops and yeast make for th classic Stout from Sea to Shining Sea.
Coffee Stout—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
Black Barley provides the color and roasted/astringent notes without overpowering the coffee.
Final Course (Sweet Stout)—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
With dessert or as dessert, beside ice cream or on ice cream. This sweet stout is a delicious end to any dinning experience.
Winter's Night Dry Stout—(5 U.S. Gallons) (Extract & Grain)
The unique woody, dry character of the Extra Special Malt makes this Stout as dark, dry and crisp as a winter's night.
