    Ingredients

    5.5 lbs Pale Ale Malt Base
    1.5 lbs Flaked Barley Flakes
    0.75 lb Caracrystal® Wheat Malt Caramel, Crystal
    0.5 lb Chocolate Malt Roasted, Chocolate
    0.5 lb Extra Special Malt Roasted, Biscuit
    1.5 oz Fuggles (4.5% AA hop) 60 minute boil
    1 vial WLP004 Irish Ale Yeast
    1 capsule Servomyces Yeast Nutrient 10 minute boil

    Procedures

    1. Mash grains at 154-158ºF for 45 minutes
    2. Heat to 170ºF
    3. Lauter
    4. Boil with bittering hops for 60 minutes
    5. Cool to 66ºF, oxygenate wort
    6. Pitch 1 vial WLP004 Irish Ale Yeast

    Primary Fermentation: 2 weeks at 66ºF

    Secondary Fermentation: 2 weeks at 33-40ºF

    Fermentation Notes:

    Original Gravity: 1.042

    Final Gravity: 1.011

    Alcohol by Weight: 3.2%

    Alcohol by Volume: 4.1%

    IBU: 20
