    Ingredients

    Quantity Ingredient Comment Malt Style
    4 lbs CBW® Pilsen Light DME Extract, DME
    .5 lb Carabrown® Malt Roasted, Brown
    1 lb Caramel Malt 20L Caramel, Crystal
    .5 lb Cane Sugar
    1 oz Target Hops (11% AA) Boil 60 minutes
    1 vial WLP041 Pacific Ale Yeast
    1 capsule Servomyces Yeast Nutrient Boil 10 minutes

    Procedures

    1. Steep grains at 148ºF for 30 minutes
    2. Bring to a boil
    3. Add bittering hops, boil 50 minutes
    4. Remove from heat and add extract and sugar
    5. Boil 10 minutes
    6. Cool to 66ºF, oxygenate wort
    7. Pitch 1 vial WLP041 Pacific Ale Yeast

    Primary Fermentation: 2 weeks at 66ºF

    Secondary Fermentation: 2 weeks

    Original Gravity: 1.045

    Final Gravity: 1.012

    Alcohol by Weight: 3.5%

    Alcohol by Volume: 4.4%

    IBU: 33
