14.5 oz German Perle Hops (8.3% AA) Boil 60 minutes
35 oz German Hallertau Hops (7.1% AA) Boil 30 minutes
24.5 oz German Hallertau Hops (7.1% AA) Boil 5 minutes

Procedures

  1. Mash in at 60ºC
  2. Raise to 67ºC - hold for one hour
  3. Raise to 71ºC - hold for 10 minutes
  4. Raise to 77.5ºC
  5. Boil 75 minutes
