    Ingredients

    11.9 lbs (85%) Goldpils® Vienna Malt Base
    0.7 lbs (5%) Carapils® Malt Dextrine
    0.7 lbs (5%) Wheat Malt, White Wheat
    0.7 lbs (5%) Caramel Malt 120L Caramel, Crystal
    1 oz Mt. Hood Hops Boil 90 minutes
    1 oz Sterling Hops Boil 30 minutes
    0.5 oz Sterling Hops Boil 5 minutes
    1 vial WLP072 French Ale Yeast

    Procedures

    1. Mash at 152ºF for 45 minutes
    2. Sparge at 170ºF
    3. Knock out at 65ºF
    4. Oxygenate highly
    5. Cool to 72ºF
    6. Oxygenate and pitch yeast

    Primary Fermentation: 10 days at 68-74ºF

    Secondary Fermentation: 4 days at 35ºF

    Fermentation Notes: Bottle condition

    Original Gravity: 1.065

    Final Gravity: 1.017

    Alcohol by Volume: 6.3%

    IBU: 27
