    Ingredients

    3.3 lbs CBW® Golden Light LME Extract, LME
    3.3 lbs CBW® Sparkling Amber LME Extract, LME
    1 lb Caramel Malt 40L Caramel, Crystal
    4 oz Carapils® Malt Dextrine
    1 tsp Irish Moss Boil 15 minutes
    1.5 oz Saaz Hops Boil 60 minutes
    0.5 oz Saaz Hops Boil 5 minutes
    1 vial WLP039 Nottinham Ale Yeast

    Procedures

    1. Perform mini-mash with 4 gallons of water and grains
    2. Add extract
    3. Bring to a boil
    4. Add bittering hops and continue to boil
    5. Add finishing hops and Irish Moss as indicated
    6. Remove from heat
    7. Cool to 72ºF
    8. Transfer to primary fermenter
    9. Fill to desired level with cold water
    10. Oxygenate and pitch yeast

    Primary Fermentation: 7 days at 70ºF

    Secondary Fermentation: 7 days at 35ºF

    Original Gravity: 1.054

    Final Gravity: 1.014

    Alcohol by Weight: 4.2%

    Alcohol by Volume: 5.2%

    IBU: 30

    Color: 18-24 SRM
