1 lb Chinook Hops (13% AA) Boil 90 minutes
1.4 oz Breakbright Kettle Coagulant
2 lbs Chinook Hops (13% AA) Boil 20 minutes
3 lbs Willamette Hops (5.1% AA) End of boil
1 pkg #1056 Wyeast American Ale Yeast

Procedures

  1. Mash at 155ºF for 45 minutes
  2. Sparge at 170ºF
  3. Knock out at 70ºF
  4. Oxygenate highly
