8 oz Wheat Malt, White Wheat
8 oz Extra Special Malt Roasted, Biscuit
1 oz Mt. Hood Hops (6% AA) Boil 90 minutes
0.5 oz Sterling Hops (7.5% AA) Boil 30 minutes
0.5 oz Sterling Hops (7.5% AA) Boil 5 minutes
1 vial WLP072 French Ale Yeast

Procedures

  1. Mash at 151ºF for 60 minutes
  2. Sparge at 170ºF
  3. Knock out at 65ºF
  4. Oxygenate highly
  5. Cool to 72ºF
  6. Oxygenate and pitch yeast
