1 lb Carabrown® Malt Roasted, Brown
1 lb Caramel Malt 40L Caramel, Crystal
4 oz Chocolate Malt Roasted, Chocolate
1 oz East Kent Goldings (5% AA) Boil 60 minutes
0.5 oz East Kent Goldings (5% AA) Boil 15 minutes
2 vials WLP023 Burton Ale Yeast
1 capsule Servomyces Yeast Nutrient Boil 10 minutes

Procedures

  1. Mash at 154-156ºF for 45 minutes
  2. Sparge at 170ºF
  3. Knock out at 65ºF
  4. Oxygenate highly
  5. Cool to 72ºF
  6. Oxygenate and pitch yeast

Primary Fermentation: 14-21 days at 72ºF
