1 lb Caracrystal® Wheat Malt Caramel, Crystal
1 lb Bonlander® Munich Malt Kilned, Munich
0.75 lb Victory® Malt Roasted, Biscuit
0.5 lb Carapils® Malt Dextrine
1 oz East Kent Goldings Hops (6% AA) Boil 60 minutes
0.5 oz East Kent Goldings Hops (6% AA) Boil 15 minutes
0.5 oz Hallertau Mittelfrueh Hops (5% AA) Boil 1 minute
1 vial WLP008 East Coast Ale Yeast
1 capsule Servomyces Yeast Nutrient Boil 10 minutes

Procedures

  1. Mash at 154-156ºF for 45 minutes
  2. Sparge at 170ºF
  3. Knock out at 65ºF
  4. Oxygenate highly
  5. Cool to 70ºF
  6. Oxygenate and pitch yeast

Primary Fermentation: 10 days at 70ºF

Secondary Fermentation: 14 days

Fermentation Notes: Bottle condition for 1 month

Original Gravity: 1.054

Final Gravity: 1.013

Alcohol by Weight: 4.2%

Alcohol by Volume: 5.3%

IBU: 32

Color: 15 SRM
