Ingredients

3.75 lbs BriesSweet™ White Sorghum Syrup 45DE High Maltose Gluten Free Syrup
1.5 lbs Honey Medium to dark
0.5 lb Corn Syrup Medium conversion
0.5 oz Hallertau Hops (6% AA) Beginning of boil
0.75 oz Cascade Hops Last 10 minutes of boil
0.75 oz Saaz Hops End of boil
2 pkgs Dry Lager Yeast Substitute Wyeast 2206GF Gluten-free Yeast
1 cup Honey Bottling

Procedures

  1. Bring 4 gallons of water to a boil
  2. Add syrups and honey
  3. Stir vigorously to dissolve
  4. Bring to a boil
  5. Add bittering hops and continue to boil
  6. Add finishing hops as indicated
  7. Remove from heat
  8. Cool to 55-60ºF
  9. Transfer to primary fermenter
  10. Fill to desired level with cold water
  11. Oxygenate and pitch yeast

Primary Fermentation: 17-18 days at 55-60ºF

Secondary Fermentation: 14 day minimum at 32-35ºF

Fermentation Notes: Bottle condition: With honey (recommended) or force carbonate

Original Gravity: 1.042

Final Gravity: 1.008
