Ingredients

6.6 lbs CBW® Traditional Dark LME 60 min boil Extract, LME
2.0 lbs CBW® Golden Light DME 60 min boil Extract, DME
0.75 lb Cane Sugar 60 min boil
3.0 oz East Kent Golding Hops (5.0% AAU) 60 min boil
2 packs WLP007 Dry English Ale Yeast Fermenter
1 Capsule Servomyces Yeast Nutrient 10 min boil

Procedures

  1. Dissolve extracts and sugars in warm water
  2. Bring to boil
  3. Add 3.0 oz East Kent Golding Hops
  4. Boil for 50 minutes
  5. Add Servomyces Yeast nutrient
  6. Boil for 10 minutes
  7. Turn heat off and cool wort to 68ºF
  8. Transfer to fermenter
  9. Pitch one pack of WLP007 Dry English Ale Yeast

Primary Fermentation: 2-3 weeks at 66-70ºF

Secondary Fermentation:

Fermentation Notes: Force carbonate, or bottle condition with dissolved priming sugar and 1/4 packet of WLP007 Dry English Ale Yeast for 2-3 weeks

Original Gravity: 1.069

Final Gravity: 1.016
