Ingredients

7 lbs Pale Ale Malt Pale Ale, Base
2 lbs Carabrown® Malt Roasted, Brown
1 lb Pregelatinized Barley Flakes
1.5 oz Fuggles Hops (5% AA) Boil 60 minutes
1 vial WLP060 American Ale Yeast Blend

Procedures

  1. Mash at 154-156ºF for 45 minutes
  2. Sparge at 170ºF
  3. Knock out at 65ºF
  4. Oxygenate highly
  5. Cool to 72ºF
  6. Oxygenate and pitch yeast

Primary Fermentation: 10 days at 70ºF

Secondary Fermentation: 14 days at 35ºF

Fermentation Notes: Bottle condition

Original Gravity: 1.048

Final Gravity: 1.012

Alcohol by Weight: 3.7%

Alcohol by Volume: 4.7%

IBU: 28

Color: 21 SRM
