Ingredients

275 lbs - Pilsen Malt
100 lbs - Bonlander® Munich Malt
50 lbs - Aromatic Munich Malt
10 lbs - Caramel Malt 60L
5 lbs - Dark Chocolate Malt
3.25 lbs - Hallertau Hops (2.1% AA) - Boil 90 minutes
1 oz - Breakbright Kettle Coagulant - Boil 20 minutes
3.25 lbs - Hallertau Hops (2.1% AA) - Boil 20 minutes
1 vial - #2124 Wyeast Bohemian Lager Yeast

Directions

Mash at 153ºF for 45 minutes
Sparge at 170ºF
Knock out at 65ºF
Oxygenate highly
