Fermenting at cool ale temperatures develops the clean and smooth, yet rich malt character of this German-style beer.

Ingredients

5.5 lbs - Pilsen Malt
3 lbs - Bonlander® Munich Malt
4 oz - Chocolate Malt
1.5 oz - Hallertau Hops (6% AA) - Boil 90 minutes
1 oz - Saaz Hops (4% AA) - Boil 30 minutes
1 vial - WLP036 Dusseldorf Alt Yeast

Directions

Mash at 148ºF for 90 minutes
