Session style English brown ale.

Ingredients

8 lbs - Pale Ale Malt
1 lb - Caracrystal® Wheat Malt
0.5 lb - Caramel Malt 90L
2 oz - Chocolate Malt
1 oz - East Kent Goldings Hops (5% AA) - Boil 60 minutes
1 vial - WLP013 London Ale Yeast
1 capsule - Servomyces Yeast Nutrient - Boil 10 minutes

Directions

Mash grains at 154-158ºF for 45 minutes
Heat to 170ºF
Lauter
Add bittering hops
Bring to a boil
Remove from heat
Cool to 68ºF
Oxygenate and pitch yeast
