German Style Pilsner
Makes 7 bbl batch. Medium bodied, clean and quite hoppy.

Ingredients

300 lbs - Pilsen Malt
50 lbs - Carapils® Malt
50 lbs - Ashburne® Mild Malt
1.75 lbs - Perle Hops (7.7% AA) - Boil 90 minutes
1.4 oz - Breakbright Kettle Coagulant - Boil 20 minutes
2 lbs - Saaz Hops (3.1% AA) - Boil 10 minutes
4 lbs - Saaz Hops (3.1% AA) - Whirlpool
1 pkg - #2124 Wyeast Bohemian Lager Yeast

Directions

Mash at 150ºF for 45 minutes
Sparge at 170ºF
Knock out at 65ºF
Oxygenate highly
