Gluten Free Saison
White Labs French Saison Ale Yeast creates aromas of pear, apple and cracked pepper in this gluten free Saison recipe.

Ingredients

6.0 lbs - BriesSweet™ White Sorghum Syrup 45DE High Maltose - 60 minute boil
0.75 oz - Saaz Hops (5.0% AAU) - 60 minute boil
0.25 oz - Saaz Hops (5.0% AAU) - 10 minute boil
2 packs - WLP590 French Saison Ale Yeast - Fermenter

Directions

Dissolve extract in warm water
Bring to boil
Add 0.75 oz Saaz hops
Boil for 50 minutes
Add 0.25 oz Saaz hops
Boil for 10 minutes
Turn heat off and cool wort to 72°F
Transfer to fermenter
Pitch two packs of WLP590 French Saison Ale Yeast
