A moderate fruit character imparted by Pacific Ale Yeast is paired with subtle toasty and caramel notes to create this flavorful yet extremely drinkable ale.


4 lbs - CBW® Pilsen Light DME
.5 lb - Carabrown® Malt
1 lb - Caramel Malt 20L
.5 lb - Cane Sugar
1 oz - Target Hops (11% AA) - Boil 60 minutes
1 vial - WLP041 Pacific Ale Yeast
1 capsule - Servomyces Yeast Nutrient - Boil 10 minutes


Steep grains at 148ºF for 30 minutes
Bring to a boil
Add bittering hops, boil 50 minutes
Remove from heat and add extract and sugar
Boil 10 minutes
Cool to 66ºF, oxygenate wort
Pitch 1 vial WLP041 Pacific Ale Yeast
