Roger That! Pilsner

Ingredients

9.0 lbs - Synergy Select Pilsen Malt - Mash Grain
1.0 oz - Mittelfruh Hops (3.5% AAU) - 60 min boil
0.5 oz - Mittelfruh Hops (3.5% AAU) - 30 min boil
0.5 oz each - Mittelfruh, Saaz Hops (3.5, 3.0% AAU) - 15 min boil
0.5 oz - Saaz hops (3.0% AAU) - 5 min boil
0.5 oz - Saaz hops (3.0% AAU) - 1 min boil
2 packs - WLP800 Pilsener Lager Yeast (plus 1/4 pack for bottle conditioning) - Fermenter

Directions

Mash grains at 150-153ºF for 60 minutes
Lauter and bring kettle to volume
Bring to boil, add 1.0 oz of Mittelfruh hops
Boil for 15 minutes, then add 0.5 oz Mittelfruh and Saaz hops
Boil for 10 minutes, then add 0.5 oz Saaz hops
Boil for 4 minutes, then add 0.5 oz Saaz hops
Boil remaining 1 minute
Transfer to fermentor
Pitch two packs of WLP800 Pilsner Lager Yeast
