Sunnydale Pale Ale
Caracrystal® Wheat Malt adds a nice "softness" to the finish in this full-flavored pale ale. Recipe developed by Doug Hindman, Elliot Bay Brewing Co., Burien, Wash., summer 2009.

Ingredients

82% - Pilsen Malt
9% - Caracrystal® Wheat Malt
9% - Flaked Oats
- Bravo Hops (14.7% AA) - Boil 90 minutes
- Amarillo Hops (8.66% AA) - Boil 10 minutes
- Cascade Hops (4.77% AA) - Boil 10 minutes
