    Ingredients

    3.3 lbs CBW® Sparkling Amber LME Extract, LME
    3.3 lbs CBW® Munich LME Extract, LME
    1 oz Willamette (5.0% AA hop) 60 minute boil
    0.5 oz Willamette (5.0% AA hop) 20 minute boil
    0.5 oz Willamette (5.0% AA hop) 1 minute boil
    1 vial WLP051 California Ale V Yeast
    1 capsule Servomyces Yeast Nutrient 10 minute boil

    Procedures

    1. Bring water to boil
    2. Remove from heat, add extract and first hop addition
    3. Boil 40 minutes, add second hop addition
    4. Boil 19 minutes, add final hop addition
    5. Boil 1 minute
    6. Cool to 66ºF, oxygenate wort
    7. Pitch 1 vial WLP051 California Ale V Yeast

    Primary Fermentation: 2-3 weeks at 68ºF

    Secondary Fermentation:

    Original Gravity: 1.046

    Final Gravity: 1.012
