Procedures
- Bring water to a boil
- Remove from heat, add extract, sugar, and first hop addition
- Boil 50 minutes, add final hop addition
- Boil 10 minutes
- Cool to 72ºF, oxygenate wort
- Pitch 1.5 vials WLP670 American Farmhouse Blend
Primary Fermentation: 2 weeks at 72ºF
Secondary Fermentation: 2-4 weeks
Fermentation Notes: Force carbonate or bottle condition with 1/4 vial WLP670 American Farmhouse Blend
