Before you check out the entire list of Briess malts and malt extracts at the Products Tab, check this out. We've been packaging 3.3 pound canisters of all styles of our unhopped, nondiastatic CBW^® Malt Extracts for a number of years. We make five styles in a modern, 500bbl brewhouse:

• CBW^® Golden Light
• CBW^® Sparkling Amber
• CBW^® Bavarian Wheat
• CBW^® Traditional Dark

This retail packaging makes it incredibly easy for homebrewers at all levels of experience to purchase and use our fine quality malt extracts. Brew extract beers. Bump up the gravity or color adjust your all grain brews. Use it for yeast propagation and bottle conditioning. Pour it over ice cream. Quality malt extract has many uses!

Oh, back to the canisters. Excuse us for saying they have malt-iple benefits! These plastic canisters are:

Use all or part of a canister!

When we use the canisters, we like to first toss them in hot water to loosen the label and warm the extract for easier pouring. Then we remove the label, lid and seal, pour the extract into the pot. A little hot water swished around the canister will help you easily persuade the last precious drops of extract out.
