When I arrived at Nebraska Brewing last week, I was immediately given a glass of their Hop God. This 9% Belgian Trippel hopped like a West Coast IPA is delicious and was awarded a medal at the last World Beer Cup! Each new beer that was given to me became my new favorite beer! The Hop God aged in Chardonnay French Oak…..ahhhhh! If you enjoy barrel-aged beer, you must seek this place out!
Right in the middle of the pub next to our table, barrels filled with some more of their “awesome” beers were aging!
