While on my way to work the other morning I just had to stop at the malthouse to take some pictures. It was absolutely gorgeous! Snow was clinging to everything, temps were mild (high 20s!) and it was as still as could be. But it got better. As soon as I stepped out of my car I was treated to the tantalizing aroma of caramel malt being roasted at the malthouse. Mmmmm! I can’t think of a much better way to start the day.
