I am excited to introduce the newest member of the Briess family and Division Manager for the Brew West Territory, Michael Forncrook. He will be working and building relationships with our customers in Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho and Montana.
Michael spent the last 5 ½ years internationally building Pacific Brew Craft brewing ingredients distribution and their e-commerce B2B market place in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan. Over the last decade, Michael has aided in the craft beer movement in East Asia by helping small breweries in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines and China grow and gain access to quality ingredients and equipment. Fifteen years ago, while working in Silicon Valley in the tech industry, friends introduced Michael to homebrewing and he was hooked. He became so intrigued that he began reading countless books and attending homebrewing seminars whenever he was able before building Pacific Brew Craft. With a strong technical background, Michael also has a passion for digital sales and e-commerce, harnessing data to enhance customer experience and access to production sources. Joining Briess, Michael looks forward to expanding Briess’ international market presence and online e-commerce.
